What a credit buys
One credit is one 5-second Standard shot: its keyframe, its dialogue and its animation. Harder shots use more.

Pricing questions
What is one credit?
One credit makes one 5-second Standard shot: its keyframe, its dialogue audio and its animation. A longer shot costs one credit per started 5 seconds, and the Reference and Cinema tiers multiply that.
When should I use Reference or Cinema shots?
Use Standard for most shots. Choose Reference when several characters share a shot or a spoken line must match the voice, and Cinema for the few shots that carry the episode. You set a tier per episode and can change it shot by shot.
What does not use credits?
Writing (series bibles, outlines, scripts and shot lists, within a daily allowance), assembling and re-rendering episodes, subtitles and their translation, every download and review links.
Do credits expire?
Plan credits expire at the end of each billing period. Top-up credits stay valid for 12 months after purchase.
What happens when a shot fails?
Credits are reserved when a shot starts and spent only when it finishes. A failed or cancelled shot returns its reservation, so you only pay for the shots you get.
Can I buy more credits without changing plan?
Yes. A top-up adds credits to your workspace in one purchase, and they stay valid for 12 months.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from the billing page of your workspace. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 10 free credits at signup, no card required. The trial covers one series with episodes up to 60 seconds, and its renders carry a small Animey watermark.
